I am a Masters Degree holder in Commerce and a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of Mysore . I am visiting professor of Finance at the ICFAI B School, IBMR Business School, IBA, Christ College and am on the panel of Visiting Professors in Finance at the Center of Banking and Financial Studies Oman and am associated with ESC Claremont Ferrend , Bordeaux Management School and ESC Pau in France .  
     
  I have had Industrial experience at various levels in Finance and use it as a base to teach not only theoretical concepts but do so with a practical perspective.. My Industry experience spans over twelve year in ready made garments, software consulting services and Accounting and Audit sectors.  
     
  I have conducted courses at such prestigious companies like Hewlet Packard, Symbol Technologies and Infineon Technologies. Excel spreadsheet modeling for finance is an area where I have trained over five thousand executives over the past five years.  
     
  Financial forecasting, corporate budgeting and application of Excel in analysis and decision making are areas where employees have gained improvement in productivity due to the training they have received from me.  
     
  My analysis on the financial position of the Bangalore City Corporation helped citizen’s social activists group. They recommended suitable modifications to the budget of the corporation and questioned many of its practices.  
     
  I have conducted seminars in areas of Corporate Valuation and Financial Distress. My other Areas of Interest includes global financial crisis and financial melt down in economies ranging from Latin America to Far East Asia. Financial Derivatives and Financial Risk management is an area where I have published articles and financial innovation is an area where I have been keynote speaker at a National Level Seminar.  
     
  Among my more innovative works is designing a course for those interested in Investing in Stock markets, which involves reading the annual report of Leading Investment companies in the world and the works of investment gurus like Ben Graham.
